Chretien Geboers Training and Translation Services offers your company training in language and communication. Our specialities include training on cross-cultural communication, customer service and Quality Assessment. We provide translation (Dutch to English and English to Dutch), editing, copy-writing and creative writing. Your text is not just translated, but edited for fluency and context to get as close to native text as possible. Chretien Geboers graduated from the Academy of Journalism and PR in Tilburg in 1995. He worked as a free-lance journalist in the Netherlands until he moved to Ireland in 1997. Since 1997 he has been delivering and creating training courses to both experienced and new staff. He provides both technical- and non-technical soft skills training to staff and customers, as well as tailored workshops created for specific demands. His journalistic background helps in creative writing and taught him to find the key-information in a document or book and create short, to-the-point bullet point presentations of this information. While in Ireland, Chretien worked for various blue-chip IT companies, delivering softskils courses and communication/soft skills courses, as well as training to external customers. He has taken part in global training- and quality related projects, analyzed and created material and delivered training of existing and ad-hoc requested modules. His most recent project was the global standardization of the role of ‘coach’ within the support centers of a major IT company in India, Costa Rice and Bulgaria, and creation of training for these coaches.
